Introduced in 2024, the Smith Office for the Arts (SOFA) presents Smith Arts Day, a daylong celebration of the artistic and creative community at Smith College that brings the arts together—across disciplines and across campus. SOFA invites community members to attend performances, exhibitions, workshops, art-making activities, and more.

Smith Arts Day 2026

Saturday, April 18 from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.

This year’s festival features over 40 events across campus from hands-on workshops to performances and exhibitions. Check back soon for a full schedule.

All events are free and open to everyone; all ages are welcome. No registration is required. Look for Arts Day flags on campus; schedules and maps will be available at each event.
