Kristin Dabney ’90 is a master’s-trained counselor (UVA ’99) and certified life and leadership coach who helps high-achieving women cut through the noise, shift their mindset, and take bold, effective professional action.
With a background in counseling, nonprofit leadership, and executive coaching, Kristin brings a rare mix of heart and strategy to the table. She’s known for helping clients get unstuck, see their blind spots, and move forward with clarity—minus the drama and overthinking.
