What are your hopes, fears, expectations, and fantasies about retirement? Does it seem more like an extended sabbatical or a potentially dislocating loss of identity? Do you have specific projects in mind or do you hope to open a space to see what might emerge? You may not have thought much beyond practicalities like finances and health insurance (if even those), but research shows that retirement can have a range of personal meanings, and it can be helpful to envision what it might signify for you. Regardless of where you are in your own career trajectory, but especially if you think you might consider retiring anytime soon, this workshop may help to clarify goals and enable you to make sense of your particular experience of this major life transition.

Limited to 12 participants (please register by the November 10 deadline in order to receive preparatory materials).
