Admiral Rachel Levine

Levine served as the 17th assistant secretary for health at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and led the U.S. Public Health Service Commissioned Corps. She previously served as secretary of health and physician general in Pennsylvania and as a professor at the Penn State College of Medicine. Levine was awarded an honorary degree from Smith College at Commencement in May 2025.
