New ITS Technology Resources Website Coming 5/27/25!

ITS is excited to announce that we are launching a new website for the Smith community on May 27, 2025. 

The website was created in an effort to consolidate all technology information in one place and make sure it is up to date and accurate. We hope the site allows community members to discover IT services offered at Smith, find answers to questions easily, and access helpful instructions.

ITS User Support - Starting Tuesday, May 27, 2025 ITS User Support and Classroom Support will be temporarily located in Morris Hall due to the facilities work taking place in Seelye Hall throughout the summer. For in-person support, please visit the teams in Morris Hall during summer office hours between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday-Friday. ITS support provided out of Stoddard Hall is unaffected by the temporary move. As always, support can also be requested by calling 413-585-4487 or via email to ithelp@smith.edu
